WARRANTY POLICY
All products sold by YAMASHIRO Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. are covered by a warranty.
1. Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear, improper use, misuse, and normal product ageing are not covered under warranty.
Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with the respective brand’s policy and may vary by product and supplier.
Warranty periods vary depending on the respective brand, typically ranging from a minimum of one (1) year up to five (5) years from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our After-Sales Team via WhatsApp, Email, or Telephone.
Customers are required to provide:
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue;
- Proof of purchase; and
- Product identification details (e.g. model name or SKU), if available.
Following initial review, if the issue appears to be a manufacturing defect, we will request the customer to send the product to us for further inspection.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by YAMASHIRO Malaysia.
3. Inspection & Resolution
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and final assessment by YAMASHIRO Malaysia and/or the respective brand.
Once the product is received and inspected:
- If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
(a) One-to-one replacement;
(b) Repair; or
(c) Full refund.
- If the product is found not to be defective, it will be returned to the customer, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Important Notes
This warranty policy applies specifically to purchases made through the YAMASHIRO Online Store.
For products purchased through authorized offline dealers, customers are required to contact the original place of purchase for warranty assistance.
YAMASHIRO Malaysia may, at its discretion, provide support or coordination for such cases where appropriate.
Products obtained through unauthorized channels, including parallel imports, or without valid proof of purchase may not be eligible for warranty claims.
For selected products, customers may be requested to provide additional information or complete a simple registration process to facilitate warranty handling.
