Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


5. Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage depends on the respective brand’s policy.
All claims must include proof of purchase and may require evaluation by the brand’s authorized representative.
